Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Only items purchased directly from CBDgummies.store are eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased on sale or during special promotions.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@CBDgummies.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item(s): Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll process your refund. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
