  • Only products purchased directly from CBDgummies.store are eligible for return.

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Return Approval:

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping address.

Return the Item:

Securely package the item and ship it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing:

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

6. Exchanges
