1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted. Due to evolving state and federal regulations, we do not ship to the following states at this time:

Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking email once shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen method:

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply on select orders (e.g., orders over $XX).

5. Age Verification at Checkout

Due to legal requirements, all customers must verify that they are 21 years of age or older before completing a purchase. Orders will not be processed if age verification is not successfully completed.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • PO Boxes (if not supported by the carrier)
  • Delivery refusal or failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at your expense or issue a partial refund (excluding shipping fees).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at support@cbdgummies.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and a detailed description.

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Shipping Restrictions by Product Type

Certain products (such as Delta-8 or Delta-9 items) may be restricted in some states. Orders containing restricted products to those locations will be canceled and refunded automatically.
